Odette was still combing his hair as Rion pondered whether to tell his wife or not. If he didn’t tell her, Odette would definitely not stop asking questions. He would continue to get dizzy looking for an excuse, and it would take a long time because Odette knows he was lying.
“It’s done,” said Odette.
“I’ll be honest with you, but promise me you won’t get mad at me,” Rion said in a serious tone.
Odette thought for a moment before finally nodding her head. “I won’t get mad,” she said while smiling.
“Umm… um….” Rion was hesitant to say what he wanted to say. His face was red because he felt embarrassed and scared at the same time.
He grabbed Odette’s hand and made her sit on his lap while hugging the girl tightly, preventing her from running away after hearing what he was about to say.
Rion’s attitude made Odette even more curious. Was there another woman besides Rose?
