Trish looked at his king questioningly. “Why do you suddenly think like that, Your Majesty?”
“I’m just guessing because Odette used to be stranded here too. I thought the portal was connected to many places, so I was wondering if it was connected to where Odette came from.” Rion explained what he was thinking to Trish.
“Wasn’t the one who sent the queen here was Aathreya using a forbidden magic that opened space and time?”
Rion was silent, and he was lost in his own thoughts. He felt that Aathreya was the wick of all the questions he had in his head right now, but the wizard refused to answer his questions.
He reached into his pocket to pull out a teleportation crystal, and his brows furrowed, as he didn’t find what he was looking for.
Rion fumbled through all the pockets of his shirt, but he still couldn’t find the teleportation crystal anywhere.
