“Anwen.” Odette grabbed Anwen’s wrist.
Arlo and the people around looked at them curiously.
“I’m fine, Sister. I’ll be waiting for you outside with Arlo and the others,” Anwen said, trying to maintain a smile. “You should come in and do your job. Don’t worry about me,” she added when she saw Odette’s worried face.
“Are you sure? If you don’t feel like it, you can go home.”
“It can’t be like that. I already told Brother Rion that I will take care of you. Please don’t think about me and come in. I’m fine.” Anwen smiled widely, but Odette knew that the girl was pretending to look fine.
“Your Highness the Princess.” Aerith came over and bowed in front of Anwen. “Please forgive my words, Princess. I didn’t mean to offend you in the slightest,” she said.
“It’s okay. You didn’t do anything wrong,” Anwen said casually, then looked at Odette. She asked Odette not to think too much about it and continued with her work.
