Anwen came to see Odette and begged her sister-in-law to put her on the anesthetics team. She was eager to join and cooperate with the leading alchemists in Panthera. What’s more, after the meeting a few days ago, Anwen really wanted to become part of the team because she saw that some of the figures she admired were there.
“Sister, please let me join,” said the young girl with pleading eyes.
Odette smiled. She was a bit hesitant about Anwen’s request. Odette really didn’t want to shatter Anwen’s expectations by refusing the girl’s request, but she wasn’t sure the team leader would accept the girl because Anwen’s nickname as an alchemist amateur who liked to cause trouble was well known.
“I can’t decide on this. The anesthetics team is led by Doctor Morrigan, I’ll talk to him first,” she explained.
