In a minute, the door was opened, and Katrina stood in front of her with eye patches under her eyes and her hair in rollers.
"The eye masks are going to do nothing if you do not sleep on time. Also, ouch," Joyce winced, "do the rollers not hurt you while sleeping?"
Katrina rolled her slightly before moving away, giving Joyce the space to enter her room. Closing the door, she followed Joyce to sit on the bed. "It's only an attempt to make myself prettier, and I grew up with the rulers in my head at night. There is nothing I can do now, I actually cannot sleep without them anymore."
"Hmm." Joyce hummed and went to lie down on the bed from her sitting position. "How many nights have you spent being awake?"
Katrina mimicked her position. "You should ask me how many I have spent sleeping instead."
Ah.
