"What's wrong? I assumed you were going to be happy that you did not end up marrying him."
Katrina looked up and she blushed which was a reaction that Joyce did not exactly understand.
"If you are hesitating in telling me what it is," Joyce gave her the option, "you don't have to tell me what you are thinking about."
"Um," Katrina chuckled in embarrassment. "I've never hesitated before. Maybe after we just talked about this topic. I.."
"If you do not feel ready enough to talk about it, you don't have to." Joyce stayed on her offering.
Katrina stayed into her eyes, probably thinking about it before she nodded her head and started to look at her nails.
Joyce glanced at them. They had a great morning interaction. Something that they had not had previously because Katrina thought she have some kind of superiority in this house and also that Joyce had not received any information for her, which made her feel threatened.
