If one side of the closet was filled to the brim with her clothes, then the other side completely belonged to someone of the opposite sex. Most probably, it belonged to Adrian.
Why did she know that? Because Joyce recognised the wrist watches that he wore. They were right in front of her, and they were the only watch she ever noticed on a man because she kept staring at his hands.
Even the room smelled like him. Everything here, smelled like him.
She took a step closer to the other side of the closet before palming her entire face in her hands. What was she supposed to do with this?
