Axel flinched because he forgot that he was talking with the couple.
"I-it's nothing. Anyway, it looks like the two of you are on the way up. Go on. Since I came early, I can just wait."
"What, wait? We have a lot of things to catch up on! I actually want to smack you in the head, but let's do that later."
"Have mercy on me."
Axel awkwardly laughed while he felt relieved that Larissa looked fine after what had happened. Despite his relief, he still wanted to formally apologize to her, but he wasn't sure when the appropriate time was.
"Jerrod changed upstairs. Let us catch up for a moment."
Jerrod doesn't like what Larissa said and was about to protest, but Larissa glared at him. He could only let Bucket follow the two to the living area, so he hurriedly went up to change.
