With his broad smile, Iwan looked like a devil, but it didn't affect Inas.
Inas only smiled and looked at the Worlds revolving around him.
Then, he extended his arms and built a wall between the Worlds.
In a second, the worlds filled with life moved to the right side of the wall he had erected with his arms.
On the left side of the wall, countless devil heads appeared.
Dark red heads with squashed eyes and broken horns.
'Disgusting and Evil!'
Iwan just had to get a glimpse of the devil's heads, and his mind had already declared the appearances of the countless devil heads as something untasteful for his precious eyes.
Right before his eyes, the countless disgusting heads distorted and folded in a circular motion as they slowly shaped into worlds filled with ghastly shadows.
Finally, in front of Inas, Iwan could see the whole picture drawn by Inas.
On the right side of the wall were the beautiful and shining worlds filled with life.
Countering them were the dark worlds, covered with a storm of blood and shadows.
"Their goal is..."
Inas squinted his eyes as everything around him finally started settling.
The countless stars without life disappeared, and in the unbound darkness, the wall that divided the different worlds remained along with those worlds.
Iwan was on the edge of his seat. He had no interest in what the devils were after but still wanted to know the answer after looking at the picture in front of his eyes.
"It's to return everything to how it was before, back to nothingness when the nothingness was silent as the wars raged on. To end the ever-changing tales that entertain the Gods. To do that, they have come up with a simple plan which is right in front of you."
"That is the destruction of this side."
Inas said as a grim line appeared on his celestial face. His starry eyes were looking at the right side of the wall.
Every time Inas spoke about the goal of the devils, Inas shivered from the inside. There was slight fear in his eyes as he looked at the shadow worlds.
From time to time, the demonic faces rose from the dark worlds and bore their fangs at the worlds on the other side.
"The devils created these dark worlds after billions of years. The Devils have come up with this after billions of years of observation. Each of these dark worlds contains the devil spawns. Creatures that surpass anything that you can imagine."
'After billions of years...Then how long ago were these dark worlds created?'
Inas wondered as the world he was from had existed for a very freaking long time too.
"It's been billions of years since the devils created these dark worlds."
Inas told Iwan, which caused Iwan to almost fall from his chair.
The numbers were too big for him to add up instantly.
'It's indeed ancient knowledge.'
While Iwan had his thought, Inas removed his arms from the middle.
Even though the wall made by his arm had disappeared, the Worlds stayed in their places.
The Worlds that the Gods had created on the right and those created by the devils on the left.
In the place where the wall was, lights and shadows appeared on the respective sides and clashed furiously.
"Even now, the Gods are in a war against the devils. But, simultaneously, the worlds are also in danger."
Inas shook his head and then looked at Iwan.
Iwan was lost as he stared at the lights clashing with the shadows. The whole time he never blinked, and with a broad smile, it was apparent that he was enjoying the showdown that he couldn't make much sense of.
Just a while ago, he had come up with a brilliant idea of interrupting Inas whenever he could, but as the build-up by Inas continued, Iwan had forgotten about his idea. Instead, he was deeply immersed in the hidden side of the so-called nothingness he had no idea of.
While Iwan was enjoying the motion picture floating in front of Inas, a strange thing happened.
A dark world swiftly moved around the clash in the middle and went for one of the worlds on the side of the Gods.
It only took a moment for the dark world to envelop the world filled with life.
Slowly, just like the clash in the middle, Iwan could see a clash happening in the world that the dark world had attacked.
His breathing hastened as he knew what was happening.
'The gods are busy dealing with the devils. The humans can't attack the dark worlds since their worlds, and they were created for the sole purpose of entertaining the gods. But, on the other side, the devils created these dark worlds with just one goal. Destruction of the worlds on the right. Our worlds.'
Iwan gulped. He had already learned what was happening in front of him in three exciting breaths.
The next thing was to wait for the outcome.
'Will the dark world conquer our world? Will we be able to push the invaders back? Those creatures that In Ass talked about.'
Iwan felt like he was choking, but that didn't go for long as the world that the shadows had enveloped started shrinking.
Two breaths later, it reached a point where the world had shrunk to the point of a light dot.
Like a star far, far away that one would see on a night.
Two more breaths later, the shadow enveloping the now ravaged world seeped out of it and returned to its original position.
Two more breaths later, the world that was once filled with life burst into nothingness.
'This is the destruction of a world.'
Iwan trembled. He felt angered and sad at the same time.
But not at the loss of a World on the side of Gods.
'Damn. They got done in by that ugly-looking world.'
To Iwan, it was all about the aesthetics, and it looked like the devils had none.
