Katherine offered Helen the tea in a large blue teacup and the orange-haired woman sat up on the long cream-colored couch before gratefully taking the hot cup from her.
Helen furrowed her brows when a strange aroma coming from the tea reached her nose. She brought the tea closer to her face and sniffed it before asking, "What kind of tea is this?"
Katherine sat on the small couch opposite the one Helen was sitting on with a large brown teacup in her hands. She took a sip before saying, "I'm not trying to poison you if that's what you're worried about. The scent is a bit strong though since I didn't use a tea bag."
Helen knew she smelled the aroma the tea was emitting somewhere before, but she couldn't remember where or what it was. "What type of tea is this?" she asked a second time.
"It's a plant my husband used to drink." Katherine took another sip of her tea. "Every time I drink it I feel closer to him."
