The little boy was stunned when he saw the girl standing before him, in a moment of surprise he even forgot that his mouth was open. He didn't know if he was seeing a fairy or what but he couldn't express how Adriana made his heart flutter for a sec there.
"Are you lost?" The little Adriana asked Raven who shook his head in denial. It was the truth since he knew this place well at the back of his hand. "I see," Adriana replied to his answer.
Her response was short and firm which lead to a moment of silence between them. Adriana did not know what to do as she was hesitant to talk to him so she sat beside Raven near the tree trunk. She did not know why but her own body moved. It was as if someone was telling her to comfort him.
