Chapter 69 - Extreme shock -- Abomination

In another part of the city. Inside the city's lord mansion. The expression of the city's lord was changing from fear to shock. "How could this happen? How?"

He muttered in a daze. His eyes lost focus. It took him a couple of minutes to recover from his initial shock. He looked at Enzio and opened his mouth slowly and asked.

"What is the status now?"

"No one knows. But it is not smiling inside the Razor family compound. Everywhere was rick with the stench of blood."

Ah!

A gasped escape from the mouth of the city lord. His heart was racing. He knew what this meant. If the enemy could attack the Razor family. Definitely, they could attack them. Unknown to him, his back was already drenched in cold sweats.

"Did they have an elite mage in their mix?"

"I don't think so. Simply if there was an elite mage. The sound and shock waves would have cause ripple to the surrounding."

"I see. I see." He nodded. "But what they used to kill their way into the Razor family? They can't just throw their life away just like that."

"That, no one knows."

After waiting for a couple of minute and didn't hear any order from the city lord. Enzio raised his brow and looked at the city. 'Have we perhaps poke a hornet nest?' He thought in panic.

"What should I do?" Enzio asked.

"Nothing. Since we don't know the output of the attack. Let's wait and see."

Inside the Rain Flower Pavilion, on the highest floor. Rain Flower looked at the black young man in front of him and gasped from the latest report.

"Are you serious?" She asked with her voice raising an octave.

"Yes, ma." The man nodded.

She fell on the couch lifelessly. This was beyond her imagination. 'This people are crazy. What the hell did I fall into?' Rain Flower harbors some hope. But now, everything has gone down the drain.

"You can leave." She said dejectedly.

The young man left the room. Rain flower sighed for the umpteenth time. She had been the one to command people, but why would not anyone decide her fate? But now, things are different.

Did she have the audacity to go against these demons?

She shook her head and sighed again. 'I thought they're just making mouths. Who knew—'

Inside the Razor family mansion. The situation was not smiling. All the elders of the family had come out with their most powerful spell. No one dared look down on the enemy again.

At the center of the small field inside the mansion. A young man in blue stood straight while the heavy wind swayed his robe back and forth. Strand of hair fell on his face, giving him an ethereal presence.

"Young man, what do you have to attack my family?" Razor's family head asked.

He was astounded when he lay his eyes on the young man leading the assaults. While also the thick stench of blood in the air. If there was no rain. Only heaven knows how strong the blood stench would be.

He was furious. But he wanted to know his enemy before he attacked. He may be an elite mage in disguise. He thought.

Al Casendra looked at the elderly man for a moment and raised his hand. He couldn't speak in the first place. So while bother wasting time on the inevitable. Besides, he was too lazy to communicate with his hand.

Receiving the hand signal. Rain of attack besieges the men. However, they were already prepared.

Bang! Bang!

Ah! Ah! Ah!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Wind, Fire and Earth attack flew toward the guards while the rains of dart flew toward the elders. This was a full out war. Meanwhile, Al Casendra rolled on the ground and dashed toward a safe spot.

"Where do you think you're going?" Noticing the enemy attack didn't breach his defense. The family head was confident.

He chanted his spell. The higher your rank, the longer the spell. Yet, he made a mistake. Al Casendra didn't run because he was scared of him. He ran because he didn't want to get caught in the crossfire.

'I must not let him finish chanting his spell.'

'I guess it's time to let the world know of the berserker.'

He didn't dillydally. He waves his long robe backward. And behold, the inscription gun was hanging on his waist. He picked the gun aimed at the Razor family head, who almost finished chanting his spell.

Bang!

A deafening sound echoed throughout the rain, shocking everyone. Those attacking stopped their attack and shivered. Heavens! What just happened? Everyone turned their head to a particular direction.

A young man with a strange stick pointed in a particular direction with a smile on his face. What sort of strange stick is that? He thought in puzzlement. When the people were still in a daze. They heard another deafening sound.

Bang!

Demons!

Ah!!!

The Razor family, who was already levitating, fell on the ground, covered in a pool of blood. A ghastly hole appeared on his back, destroying all his innards. No one knew whether he was alive or dead.

What!

"Run!"

No one knew who shouted to run. But the few elders knew the situation was dire and didn't dillydally, running for their dear life with only one world toiling in their mind.

'Abomination!'
