'AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH! AAHHH!!?!!!'
She screamed.
Multiple timed in a row.
Sometimes louder and sometimes longer compared to other times.
Though, she was so panicked that she forgot to scream using her mouth.
She screamed at the top of her brain functionality.
The liquid that the flower was squished into was then guided through tubes into tens of different syringes.
The ghostly onlooker fell to her knees as she examined her (ghostly) body.
Touching her chest, arms, head, legs and all other parts, she sighed in relief.
'Whew. Still 'alive'.'
She looked at the syringes that held the Lotus liquid.
Examining them closely, she found that quite a few glowing white specks were floating around the liquid.
Swiping her hand through the syringe, she found it interesting how the liquid inside moved as her hand went through it.
She made another observation, the tiny particles of light disappeared as if they were absorbed when her hand touched them.
'Are these...'
She walked to another syringe and pushed her hand through it.
The liquid moved and the specks of light disappeared.
'... parts of my soul?'
She walked to each of the syringes and she swiped all the light fragments away.
'Nope. This is mine. That too. These as well.'
When none of the liquids held any more specks of light, she calmed down while thinking.
'I hope that one guy, who got stabbed and died but then didn't die, doesn't have any parts of my soul.'
She wondered as she looked at her hand that had grabbed all the specks of light.
'What?'
She asked herself.
Touching the thing in her arm, she felt no response.
'But this is mine.'
Touching it again, nothing happened.
The specks of light hadn't been absorbed but were now stuck to her hand.
Waving her hand a little, the specks of light did not dissipate.
'I am sure that I was the last soul. No one would survive if the 'planet' they live on would be covered by deadly thunder, floods of rot and get literally cut in half.'
So she thought.
'This can only be part of my soul then.'
She shrugged her shoulders.
'This is very troublesome since I have nearly no clue on what is going on. I'll just put them in one of those syringes and wait.'
Walking over to one of the syringes, she swiped her hand through the liquid as she saw specks of light litter the inside of it.
The liquid swirled, and this time, that swirling was seen.
It was seen by none other than the crybaby guy.
He walked up to the syringe, unknowingly standing next to someone who could destroy a solar system.
Taking the syringe and the other one next to it, he said something or other to the scientists around before leaving to the room with all the 'jelly'.
The scientists all had rather strange expressions on. Some seemed sad while some seemed like pity and others slight annoyance.
Since she wanted to see what happens next, she followed the crybaby man.
The man stood over the table with the two Q-Series containers and syringes.
He muttered something.
The only word that the onlooker in the room could understand was 'sibling'.
The man opened one of the containers.
Q-Series labelled 001.
He injected a syringe inside the darkish yellow liquid and smiled as it started to glow brighter.
The light seemed to warp around it as it was seemingly consumed by the small thing in the middle.
Closing the container, he looked at the second one.
Also Q-Series, labelled 000.
He momentarily stared at the syringe of liquid that he had seen swirl.
It was a strange sight since the syringe was nearly unbreakable by anyone under Immortal Rank.
He carefully opened the container and injected the liquid where the, currently only, onlooker had placed all those specks of light.
The darkish yellow liquid in the container started to shine. Not glow but shine brightly as if it were a star.
The shine was white and silver, unlike the first container which glowed in yellow.
The onlooker, suddenly found herself being light-headed and lost consciousness as the bright light from the jar blinded her.
'Nothing is going... right...'
The crybaby man stayed conscious as his eyes widened at the sight.
In his mind, his sibling was a pure genius to accept and even amplify the effects of the Lotus liquid.
'The perfect cultivation base. This... this is stronger than even the legendary Heroes and Demon Lords of the past!'
He did not move from his spot, staying in place as he watched the situation unfold.
Even as others tried to enter the room and knocked on the door, they were turned away as the crybaby man yelled at them. Forbidding them entry.
Even if he hadn't yelled, the bright light would have stopped anyone from entering since no one could have seen inside.
A while passed.
...
And she woke up.
