"Yo, man! Ye'r makin' delivery to that blood witch?!"
The sudden rise of voice surprised Lucien, nevertheless he nodded.
"Yeah."
"What are ya waitin' for? Hop in!" The driver urged. Lucien could not help but let out a small smile at the driver's panic stricken face and his extended generosity.
The driver then slammed the accelerator and maneuvered the road in top speed with extreme ease. But the tension on the driver's eyes were unmistakable.
"Let me guess, its that important eye from some auction eh?"
Lucien fell silent. He study the driver from head to toe. He noticed the same uniform, the same belt with baton and flashlight. Then the dashboard, that's when he finally confirmed this driver is one of the hired dispatched driver of the boss so he nodded.
