Looking at Thundra petting the injured Water Wolf Guard that nearly clawed off his face, Felix frowned deeply. To make things worse, the wolf wasn't acting aggressively, but it was acting rather coyly and harmless - like a real wolf.
How is it that the wolf isn't attacking her? This is so embarrassing to watch.
Felix turned around only to see Flaming Maiden staring at him with their faces only inches apart. Suddenly a wave of familiarity washed over the duo, making Felix and Flaming Maiden smile softly.
"Ugh, are you sure we haven't met?" Flaming Maiden said as she blinked twice, her cheeks had a faint tinge of red, "Ahem! Those two seem really good together."
"Hehe. Seriously, can you tell me why that thing hasn't bitten off her head yet?" Felix said with a faint smile as he stared at Flaming Maiden. He still couldn't make himself believe that the ferocious wolf was a behaving like a cute pet.
