The car came to a screeching halt just as they left the underground parking lot and Rory looked to the front. The car was blocked by none other than Mrs. Brown.
Of course, there were reporters behind her with their little cameras.
The chauffeur honked the horn for her to move, but she was not moving. She blocked the road and her brother who was with her helped her.
They tried waiting for almost five minutes, but she did not move. The cops were around but they did not get to help either of them as there were at least ten cameras that were pointed at them. They don't want to seem partial but rather it made them look incompetent.
Rory sucked in a deep breath. That woman is haunting her and not letting her live in peace. She wanted to end it.
"What are you doing?" Lennon held Rory's hand as she reached for the door.
