Liam was looking at her without saying anything. But Rory knew that he has something bothering him.
"What is it, honey?" she asked brushing his hair with her finger.
"It's..." Liam held her hand.
"Don't say it's nothing," Rory kissed his palm. "Or you might trigger my pregnancy rage."
Liam chuckled.
"Don't laugh. It's very real, you know...?" Rory smiled.
"I bet it is..." Liam kissed her forehead. "I bet it is." His smile vanished and he looked at her and sighed.
"What?" Rory asked. It was not like him to be this annoying.
"I'm thinking if I am taking the wrong path," Liam said.
"Oh, that's...deep..." Rory tried to sit up. Liam helped her and sat facing her. "Explain."
Liam held her hands. "I...I am running toward money when I should be with my pregnant wife..."
Rory got what is troubling him by now. But she let him speak more as he was still looking for words to say.
