Rory knew that if her grandmother let John McCullen out, that could only mean that he has secrets that would be disastrous to the security of the nation or whatever agenda they have.
So, John McCullen won't be arrested. But she didn't want him to stir some more sh*t.
"Oh, dear..." She heard the gentle voice of her husband behind her. "Did he anger you?" Liam wrapped his arm around her abdomen and pulled her to his chest.
"No," Rory scoffed placing her hand over his hand. She accepted his kiss on her cheek with a smile. "I just hate looking at his face, that's all!"
"Hey!" John stood up. "What are you saying? I already paid your aunt and now you are..."
"Paid my aunt?" Rory raised her brows. She only remembered that her aunt didn't even call or visit her although everyone knows she is there. She forgot to call her aunt too.
