Derick went straight to the hospital. He was blocked by some of the local cops who wanted to get more details about the creature Rory saw in the woods.
Of course, finding filets of human flesh would ring many alarm bells and they will have to conduct a detailed investigation now that the press is on it.
Derick asked them to contact the LA police department to contact her as she is not answering his calls. They told him that she had broken her phone during her visit there and no one is being able to contact her. They asked him if he could contact Lennon because they cannot get through to him. They could only contact his lawyers.
Derick's heart sank to his abdomen. Rory left with Lennon. No one can contact Rory and Lennon is making himself unavailable. Lennon was not answering his calls either. He did not find that right.
