"The other one produced a red flame by wagging all her tails and I didn't jump away In time, I was hit hard before they finally left. Barton that doesn't matter now. They could shape shift into anyone and get Naomi at all costs. We have to protect her..."
"We?" Barton suddenly scoffed. "Daniel, If they want her, then let them take her."
He didn't actually mean what he said but he was surprised that Daniel was interested in protecting her no matter how badly he was wounded and he just wanted to find out his reaction to what he just said.
