Joseph leaned back to glance at her, like he was in disbelief. She glared back at him, as If, daring him to continue.
He growled at the resistance she was putting up between them, he could feel it with the mate bond and it frustrated him. Without thinking, he pushed her back against the tree, hands holding hers up, his knee reaching up to hold her in place, resting in-between her legs.
"Joseph." She growled.
"Tell me you don't want this Luan. Look at me... tell me you don't want this and I'll leave you alone. I swear."
"Joseph," She sighed, trying to bring her arms down but he held it up still. "I'll manage. We can't... not in this situation. We are on a mission."
"I know that... but this is our chance... the perfect time to plant my seeds in you. Do you know how long we've waited for this moment?"
She sighed, tossing her head back, feeling hot all over, subconsciously rocking her waist over his knee which was placed between her legs.
