This time, over ten of them had ascended. They had ascended after the fight against the Army of Destruction's forces down on Datar. The battles has been able to stimulate their potential and give them that final push that they needed.

With the Ace Candidates coming together to form a united front, they needed a place where they could gather without issue, and Leon's God Kingdom was by far the most suitable place. Mostly because none of the other Ace Candidates had built their own God Kingdoms at this time.
