As soon as Dracula revealed his aura that even made the deities shudder in fear and gods be wary of him… he emitted a highly oppressive pressure that was enough to crush tall mountains into flat grounds and froze most of the divine creatures present here on the spot.
"The Dragon Emperor said that they would not accept my sovereignty as they'd never serve inferior beings.
The Elven Saint said they'd never bow down to unholy beings who feed and thrive on blood.
The Dwarven King said he'd never ally himself with me because I don't serve the same god as them." he said and scoffed.
"Why does everyone keep looking down on me just because I'm a vampire?
Every noteworthy enemy I killed was a superior being by your definitions. Yet still, no one wants to acknowledge that someone like me can ascend to the top." spoke Dracula in a dreary tone.
Then, the God of Sentience interjected…
"So just to prove your superiority… you killed those three who maintained the balance of life in the world?" he asked.
"Tch! Balance you say…" he scoffed again.
"If you really care about maintaining balance in the world, then why do gods only favor those who worship them?
You gods gave humans plenty of divine blessings and aid to thrive in the world in exchange for the powerful among them turning the population into your devotees and worshiping you.
The balance you speak of seems applicable to only those who provide you with energy to increase your powers and not the rest of the inhabitants of the world.
And we vampires are one of the species that never worshiped any god just like the ones who went extinct at the hands of humans." argued back the vampire.
"So you even killed the innocents amongst them? What about those who had never partaken in a war against others? How do you plan to justify killing them?" asked the God of Wisdom.
"And why should I care if there were innocents among them or not? Didn't our side have innocents too? Did the humans show any mercy on the defenseless and innocent amongst their victims?
Does this moral code and sparing the innocent logic applies only to those who worship you gods?" asked Dracula in a sarcastic tone.
"Your so-called justified love and affection to the humans only reached the powerful who could bring you more followers. Not the poor and defenseless among them.
So this whole balance of life you speak of is nothing but a sham.
And you know what that makes all of you?" he asked with a grin on his face.
"Hypocrites! You gods are nothing but a bunch of hypocrites!
At least monsters like us live by our true instincts rather than using a fake and pretentious agenda." spoke Dracula in an infuriated tone.
"The only crime I'm guilty of is ensuring the survival of my species and making it go from the brink of extinction to a race that governs the world.
I killed those who would become a problem for me later. If it had to be an entire species... then so be it.
It's not like Humans didn't do that to hundreds of other species, yet the gods never condemned humanity for it.
So don't try to put words in my mouth. Even if I didn't kill those three… you gods would've still tried to kill me anyway." declared Dracula.
"Silence! This pest is only good at spreading his delusional lies.
How dare he call us gods as hypocrites?!" shouted God of Life who emitted a brown divine aura.
At this point… there was only one god who did not speak a word or tried to argue back with Dracula.
He quietly watched things unfold on their own as if he was more interested in Dracula himself than meting out punishment on him.
"We have heard enough of your nonsense, Dracula Von Tepez.
The collective consensus of the pantheon of gods has reached a decision.
That the guilty shall be killed and forever be removed from this world for causing the biggest massacre in history.
And the entire vampire species shall be prohibited from ascending to divinity." said God of Sentience.
As soon as his words resounded in the hundreds of kilometers region in the divine court as he condemned the entire species to damnation…
Dracula's expression turned furious as he fully revealed his aura filled with bloodlust again.
"Cowards!! You will not dirty your hands but destroy the fate of an entire species so that you can exact your revenge against me.
Now that you know how strong a vampire can become… you're just using my doings as an excuse to stop my species from Ascending.
In the end, you will only let humans reign supreme in the world and use them to increase your powers despite knowing how they will ruin all the other sentient beings of this world.
It's not me who has brought the world to ruin… it's you gods!!" he shouted.
"Silence! The decree of the Gods of Creation shall be carried on. Count your last breaths, Dracula.
This is the end for you and your name." said the goddess.
"After you, we will make sure that all your forces are demolished. Everyone who was remotely connected to you will also face the consequences.
If the vampire race stands against the will of the gods…" said God of Sentience and continued in a grim tone.
"Then they all shall be… eradicated." he declared.
To his decree, Dracula only nodded as if he already expected the gods to send him and the entire vampire species itself to damnation.
"Excuses, excuses… didn't you promise the traitors who betrayed me the Ascension?
Now that the hunt has succeeded, you don't need the hounds anymore?" he asked with a smile.
"They shall be punished for causing this massacre. Like we said… there will be no exceptions." said the God of Life.
"I see then. There's no need for me to hold back then." said Dracula with a mischievous smile.
"What do you mean?" asked the goddess in a suspicious tone.
"You morons… did you really think that I, Dracula Von Tepez… who doesn't even trust his shadow, will fall for their trap?
It's not you who succeeded in your plans."
BOOOOOM!!
A heaven-shaking burst of blood-red aura suddenly emitted from his body, ten times stronger than before.
Crack!
Crack!
The very next moment, all the divine chains that had Dracula entangled and subdued till this point burst open and the explosion from the aftermath shook the entire divine court.
Dracula's fierce and excited figure appeared in front of all the gods and his tyrannical voice resounded in the entire divine realm.
"I allowed you to capture me!"
