Dracula revealed his intentions to achieve World Domination without any hesitation. His primary goal was to return to his world and get revenge on the Gods of Creation after he retrieved his divinity and used this world's methods to become a God.
And only by achieving World Domination here would open the paths for him to do so as he'd be above everything and will possess knowledge, strength, wealth, armies and resources that will greatly aid him in accomplishing such grand ambition.
"What should I call you?" asked Dracula to his ally named Blood Sovereign System.
[The user can address me as either the Blood Sovereign System or just System.] replied his aide.
[Are you a living being?] he queried quickly.
[No. I am a consciousness created to operate the powers of the system and help the user in his journey.] it replied in a female voice.
[And what will happen in case this body of mine dies? Will you go to any of the other 9 parts of my original soul?] he asked some important questions.
[The Blood Sovereign System will cease to exist as it is already bound to this reincarnated fraction of the user's soul.
The host's divinity will move to the closest. However, the next target will not inherit any of the user's previous life's memories or the system in any way.] it replied in a tone filled with concern.
"I see. Means even my soul has to follow the laws of this world. I guess dying is a no-go for me if that's the case." spoke Dracula as he received a satisfactory answer.
"Alright, tell me how many Blood points I have? I already completed that mission you gave me."
[The user Dracula now has 13,000 blood points available.
However, there are only two abilities that can be upgraded at the present moment.
Shadow Whip and Blood Mist can be upgraded in terms of their attack damage, range and activation time.
They can be upgraded to level 10 and then reach a new rank.
1 thousand Blood Points are required for each level. And the requirement will increase with each stage by a thousand more than the previous level.
After reaching level 10, it can be upgraded to higher rank abilities. But the user must find higher-grade bloodlines to add new functions and changes.
Also, the new bloodlines can be upgraded by obtaining higher versions of them.] reported the system.
"Heh? Why is there an activation time restriction on Shadow Whip and Blood Mist? They're my original abilities." asked Dracula.
[Because the user's current body is unable to use them constantly without suffering any backslash. The user is advised to raise his physical strength and endurance.] replied the system.
"Hah! So much for a big help. Means not only will I need 55 thousand Blood Points just to increase each of them to level 10… I will also need to be careful of the duration of activating them.
On top of it, I have to hunt for higher-ranked bloodlines. It's like I'm back in my struggling days of the past life as an orphan.
It's understandable but still… what a nuisance." complained Dracula.
"System, give me the details of this body.
What kind of Vampire bloodline do I have?"
[The current body of the user has a common grade vampire bloodline based on the standards of the host's previous world. But there is a dormant bloodline of higher purity although it is very minute and currently useless.] replied the system in just a second.
"I see. That explains a lot of things and why these people were slaughtered by humans effortlessly.
Higher-grade vampire bloodlines would've given them some abilities and heightened senses.
Common-grade vampire bloodline makes a vampire only two times stronger and faster than a normal human. But that too depends on the age and physiology of the individual.
No wonder none of these people could protect themselves. They were simply too weak." he hypothesized.
"Higher grade vampire bloodline will help me get more strength at a fast pace. But finding and killing these types of people would be too dangerous and currently, my chances at succeeding are close to zero." he spoke to himself and then gazed around the battlefield filled with fresh and mangled corpses.
"Tch! All these people whether they're humans or vampires… they can't give me any help other than their blood that could be used to convert into blood points.
I guess I should start quickly and then I'll leave this place. Their corpses will soon attract wild beasts." Dracula spoke and stepped down from his throne made of human soldiers' corpses.
SHING!!
Just then, Dracula's senses picked up something from far away as he heard noises of galloping horses.
"Dammit! More people are coming." he mumbled and quickly started looking for places to retreat.
[The temporary 10x boost in strength and speed has ended. The host is now back to his former strength level.] spoke the Blood Sovereign System suddenly in his mind.
"Great! Right when I needed your help the most." Dracula rolled his eyes in exasperation.
His biggest help turned useless the moment he needed it for retreating.
"What do I do… these people could be another one of the church's reinforcements." he thought.
But then he looked at the heaps of bodies of the vampires that were gathered to be burned by the human soldiers before he reincarnated.
"Retreating into the forest will take some time. I'll be noticed by then. I guess I have no choice but to hide for now." said Dracula.

Tap!
Tap!
Rumble!
Rumble!
The ground rumbled as hundreds of horses reached the burning valley and saw nothing but corpses.
"Dammit! We're too late.
Search for survivors!" shouted a white-haired middle-aged vampire donned in a dark gray longcoat and chest armor as he gazed at the wide battlefield filled with bodies of humans and vampires.
Not only him but everyone else was stupefied and couldn't make sense of what exactly happened here.
Behind him, was a shoulder-length blacked-haired vampire who seemed to be of high standing given how lavishly he was dressed and the number of vampire guards in gray armors around him.
Suddenly, this second individual looked over and pointed in Dracula's direction who was hiding behind a bunch of piled-up bodies.
"I hear a heartbeat, there's a survivor there." he said in an authoritative tone and gave a command…
"Bring him to me."
