After Mariano's sleepover, we're back to our breakfast routine. Yesterday, he wasn't there when I woke up. And…I don't want to, but I'll admit that I felt a little disappointed. Just a little. But then I saw him again when I went downstairs and he was waiting for me at the table.
I have to say, mornings have become my favorite now. It might be because of our breakfast routine. But I think it's also because I'm starting to look forward to spending my day. I'm still mostly just lounging around if I'm not reading, but yesterday, I started sketching. I haven't gone to the canvas again, but something is lingering in my head that I can't quite shape, so I've been trying to figure it out on my sketchpad.
