With Rex gone, Aragorn became the stand-in Army Commander of the Berserk Gang Army. Under his orders, more reinforcements were mobilized to help the warriors at the Eastern front as they also fought in the technological front.
Due to their superior technology, the control was still more or less in the hands of the allied army but Aragorn was hard at work trying to even the odds.
The only reason why the Eastern Region had not fallen to the enemies yet was because they were in their home ground, it meant a lot in a battle of this scale.
