"Shh, we won't wake her. She has been like that for four hours. It's almost time for us to leave." Clark heard what Isa had said but her stern look made Clark know that he was definitely in trouble.
"You did not hold off the larger orc. You also did not retreat when you saw it preparing to go wild." Ella spoke softly but gave a clear explanation of what Calrk had done wrong in their eyes.
"Hmmm," The soft sounds of Maria waking up were the reaction that anyone would have when they noticed movement around them. Her eyes fluttered softly open as she realized that everyone was looking at her.
"Thank you again for healing me. It's better than any healer I could have paid." Naturally, Clark was thankful. Maria had a great skill when it came to healing. She had clearly been learning about the human body and how to better assist Lit in healing activities.
"You're really alright?" Tears threatened to fall from Maria's eyes as she looked over the bloodied bandages that Clark wore.
