Things were good.
We'd successfully captured nine thousand soldiers. The rest were dead…
Morale was good and honestly- I even ended up declaring war on the whole country.
Of course, things weren't always this easy or straightforward.
Even just yesterday evening- I was having all these horrible amounts of stress.
I'd just delivered my speech and trimmed down the spies a fair bit.
But the rest of them were quite the problem.
There were just far too many.
Among the roughly three thousand-ish slaves- there were at least five hundred or so spies.
And most of them were happy with committing suicide for their cause.
Also- just around that time before the afternoon- I received a particular report… a report of an army twice our population size heading this way… yeah- didn't take a genius to figure they'd strike tonight.
That's why I issued a particular command.
