I followed the light before it vanished right outside the city walls- on the other side-
"Intruder- name yourself!"
I was definitely not in the best of moods but I tried to keep my voice from becoming a bit too violent.
Of course, that kind of didn't work.
Apparently, it was an otherworlder, or so I assumed. 'A girl?'
Well, that was a first. Every single other one was a guy. At least the ones I'd seen so far. So seeing a girl- was- well, kind of new.
And she didn't bother answering me-
So-
Thud!
I landed on the ground, just next to her-
"Wh-" She let out a small sound- a bit disturbed-
But so far-
Not that concerned. Not scared either.
She was definitely concerned about my wings and scales though.
"Can you not understand me?"
"I- I can…"
"Then? What is your name?"
"Ama-"
"Ama? You're name's ama?"
