Flying-
The same way-
In the palm of the dragon.
We were supposedly flying east- to the so-called palace of the moon.
I'd never seen it- at least not from down there.
But sometimes I did see shadows cast down- shadows really, really large and tall and warped- enough to scare me at times.
Shadows weren't a proper representation of reality, so I never took it seriously after growing up a bit but-
Yeah-
Perhaps the castle was really big and tall-
After all-
Even from far away- really far away-
I could still see it.
'Damn….'
Crystal palace.
Massive.

Made of glistening crystals-
And-
Quite vibrant at that too.
Floating above a massive crater-
There she was- the crystal palace!
The palace had walls- and the walls had no apparent entrances-
So, Aileen flew us over-
Once on the other side-
One big entrance-
