This place didn't have a concept of night.
Everything was dark, to begin with.
But as my internal clock screamed it was getting time for a bit of rest-
The area around us turned slightly different.
As in, the land glowed- ever so slightly.
And there were more monsters-

Most of them as usual just avoided us-

Like that big large ox which was coming at us with breakneck speed- sure didn't.
"I got this-" I said- pointing my finger- "Tase!"
A prompt came up.

Smoke.
Thump!
The ox fell on its side- cooked.
I was of course checking my magic's potency. And so far, both Typhoon and Tase were really useful. I didn't use the rest though.
