Being pushed back by the explosion, Akira's mutant armour on his arms was partially blown away. It quickly regenerated and was a good sign that he had some resistance to Wakano's essence. However, there was no telling if that was the full power of the explosions.
"HAHA! Amazing! Come on Akira, there is plenty more fun to have." Wakano licked her lips while she walked towards him. Reia moved to the side of the road, taking an angle before firing. Wakano easily parried all the essence bullets that came her way, but it gave Akira the chance to move forward.
Pushing off his feet, he appeared right in front of Wakano with his dual blades doing a cross slash. They were imbued with his corruption-lightning which emitted an aura of pitch black.
Like the crazy-minded person Wakano is, a bunch of flames appeared around her as she adjusted to block Akira. However, due to the lingering uncertainty, Akira backed out of his attack and moved away.
