Standing over Lou's body in the middle of the night. I contemplated if I should be happy or feel a bit of sympathy. I understood Lou's anger towards me, as anyone would be frustrated, but I still felt like I didn't deserve such hate.
'Akira and even Reia gave me a second chance despite her annoyance.' Perhaps there was a world where Lou would forgive me, but it certainly wasn't this one.

While I was in thought, the door to the stairwell opened, and I quickly hid away in an aisle. I didn't know who was awake at this hour, but I would rather not be caught just staring at Lou.
'Kim? What the hell is she doing?' Thanks to my race, I was able to see somewhat in the dark and I could easily make out the small cat-like figure. It wasn't Jayde, as she was extremely short and there was no long tail, unlike Kim's small one.
