While everyone was facing off the mutants, Lou was dealing with the giant mutant that seemingly respected the duel. No other mutants dared come closer and created an arena for the 2, acting as a defence from any outside interference.
"Oho~ seems like you are able to think." Lou felt a rush of adrenaline go through her body as fighting a beast of such size one on one was a fantasy come true.
*Growl* The wolf bared its teeth at Lou, clearly showing it did not like the teasing nature of her voice.
"No need to be so angry my little puppy~, we are the same race after all." Lou, being a half-wolf, had some sort of connection to the mutant and was able to grasp what it felt. This confirmed to her that the wolf was sentient and not just a mindless beast. There was some thought to their actions which allowed Lou to understand what emotions it was feeling.
