After the essence grenade went off, a small chain explosion happened as many rebels armed themselves which only added to the explosion.
"Hehe~." Tsubaki turned to Aoi who was chuckling as the little roleplay at the end was rather amusing.
"They're over there!" However, their entertainment would come to an end as the rest of the rebels that were running the rather small base had gathered around them.
Both Aoi and Tsubaki went back to being serious as they were getting a bit too comfortable playing around with the rebels.
Aoi's ear twitched hearing the rebels get behind them among the cars, leaving them no room to run.
"Tsubaki, take the behind and I will deal with the ones in the open." Aoi, knowing Tsubaki would work much better with some form of cover, let her take the rebels sneaking up on them while Aoi took care of the other rebels.
