"Do you think Reia and this Akira are by gate 2?" Tsubaki spun her flintlock pistols in her hand while walking through the street.
"Judging how she crumbled pretty quickly under pressure and the feeling of death made her spill, I don't think she was lying." Aoi could tell the woman was smart, but her battle sense was way off, a clear sign of someone with no experience.
"Must have been one of the many civilians they enslaved in their ranks then." Tsubaki looked up to the sky and felt bad for the woman as most people now don't have a place to go so they end up in groups like the rebels.
"Isn't much we can do, they chose to join them and ended up getting killed." Aoi shrugged as either way if you're an enemy, no matter what standing they were beforehand they will be killed.
