It was only ten minutes to six in the morning but Key's already playing, she's not on live, instead, she is currently in her second match against Ratchet, the final Rook she'll be facing.
She hasn't eaten her breakfast just yet because it was five in the morning and she had just woken up when she received a message from Ratchet about their game. Key gave Dominant Rooks all the time they can to prepare because they contact her when they'll play, and for sure they'll choose a time when they basically have an advantage.
With the sudden message that Key received from Ratchet early in the morning, Key assumed that he intend to beat her while she had just woken up and isn't fully awake yet, but unfortunate for him, Key is used to having her whole system woken up the moment she opened her eyes because of her past works and experiences.
It took her fifteen minutes to prepare before their first match that lasted for less than twenty minutes and now she's thirteen minutes into her second match against Ratchet, and following their agreement, she's playing as a mid-laner.
She's using Chasseur and her opponent is using Fidens, her team is composed of Evocatrice, Coraje, Chasseur, Bellum, and Luxy, while Ratchet's team is composed of Fiore, Vis, Fidens, Blitz, and Sournoise.
So far, Ratchet's team has claimed the Manticore, while her team has claimed the Kitsune, and fifteen minutes into the game, neither side has destroyed or lost any tower, though Evocatrice ambushed Vis in the top lane, which led to him being the first blood.
Key used her Chasseur's second skill, Surculus, to attack Fidens while he's developing within his tower's defense circle, and this drained less than half of his blood although they are on the same level.
They clashed in the middle lane and they began exchanging attacks, neither side is willing to give the other a chance to destroy their tower.
In the end, Ratchet's Fidens overpowered Key's Chasseur after using a combination of his first and second skills, which her shinigami didn't evade in time.
After draining Kashmiri's shinigami, Ratchet used Fidens to attack her defense tower in the middle lane only to start dealing with the Cyclops that Evocatrice summoned after it appeared and used its paralyzing ability on his shinigami.
The Cyclops dealt damage to him, and almost drained his blood because he couldn't defend and fight back after Evocatrice left him paralyzed before dealing damage to his defense tower and disappearing into the bushes.
Who is playing Evocatrice?
Code Davis or Coda of the Troublemakers.
The moment Ratchet finished dealing with the Cyclops, he is already running out of blood and the damage from the first skill of Key's Chasseur drained his blood.
As soon as he is off the map, Key targeted the defense tower in the middle lane and began dealing damage to destroy the defense tower.
And unlike Ratchet's attempt to destroy their defense tower, where there was an opposing off-laner who interfered and left a monster for him to deal with, Key's endeavor ended successfully without any interference from the opponents.
After destroying the middle lane tower, she developed her shinigami by killing off minions in the middle lane, and just then, an announcement of Key's team losing the defense tower in the top lane, but it was soon followed by announcements of Ratchet's team losing the defense tower in the bottom lane.
It is one loss to two victories, they may have lost a defense tower to Ratchet's team, but they still destroyed two of their defense towers, Key's team has the upper hand. Key read a message from the Luxy-user who asked them to help them in the Hydra Lair, and when Key arrived there, she saw that it's her team's Forward, Support, and off-laner against Ratchet, his team's Forward, Top-laner, and Support.
Key knew that the opposing Support and Forward weren't taken out by her teammates because she didn't see the announcement of them being taken out, and the reason her in-game teammates managed to destroy their defense tower in the bottom lane is that it was unguarded.
They clashed in the Hydra's Lair, and the only reason no one from their team has taken damage from the Hydra is that Evocatrice is stunning the Hydra, and the Luxy-user would use maceries to save them from the Hydra's attacks, after the stun time ended.
Meanwhile, Ratchet's team not only is dealing with the attacks coming from them but also with the attacks coming from the Hydra.
As if on a mutual understanding, Key, her surviving in-game teammates, and newly resurrected top-laner, took out Sournoise, Blitz, and Vis, and the only opponents remaining were Ratchet's Fidens and his newly resurrect, but now half-blooded, Fiore-user off-laner.
"Whose breakfast is this?" Alexei asked when he noticed the delivery on the counter
"Key hasn't eaten breakfast?" Bright asked and they turned to look at the gaming area where Key is
"She's been training since five," Dewy said
"And she hasn't eaten since, though she did drink some hot chocolate." He added
"Huh, isn't that my cousin's?" Alexei asked in astonishment
"The Captain gave it to her earlier," El said after entering the kitchen and hearing their conversation
"El, can you remind her to eat, I don't think the hot chocolate she received fifteen minutes ago is good to fuel her the whole day." Dewy asked El, who is no longer wearing a cast on his arm
"As for you, you should start streaming, you're still lacking twenty hours, Alexei." Dewy reminded Alexei
"Huh? I thought I completed it," Alexei said
"Key's not even finished with hers yet, she still lacks two hours," Bright said, and Alexei nodded
Key's progress in completing their airtime has become the better comparison because she always completes the 45-hour airtime within half a month or before the final week of the month even when they're playing.
Meanwhile, El headed to remind Key to have her breakfast when his eyes caught a familiar username on the head of Key's opposing shinigami.
Key felt a presence behind her and took her headset off while her eyes are still on the screen.
"Huh, is that…" Before El could continue his question, Key turned to him
"A fan, apparently," Key said and chuckled to cover the blatant lying she just did
"Oh, you've been constantly targeted by player fans of other teams," El commented, falling for the lie
"Yeah, that's true," Key replied with a sweet smile and looked at El
"Do you need anything, though?" Key asked and returned her eyes to the screen while her hands continued to move the mouse and press the keys
"Dewy asked me to remind you to eat breakfast," El said and went to sit on the gaming chair next to Key
"Ah, yeah, I will eat later after this match," Key replied and smiled at him, who resumed training
Their match continued and Key's team successfully claimed the Hydra, but it wasn't without any almost defeats because Ratchet almost stole the Hydra at the last moment when he attempted to deal the finishing damage, had it not been for Evocatrice who stunned him and sent a Reaper his way.
After claiming the Hydra, their team headed to the opponent's base only to be ambushed by the newly resurrected members of Ratchet's team, with only Ratchet out of the fight.
With Evocatrice's help, they managed to emphasize the difference in number, as the fight still was a four against five even when the opposing Fiore took out Bellum.
Although only Evocatrice was sure to be on Key's side, they had great teamwork and they managed to corner the opponents and defeat them one by one, even at the expense of losing two more teammates.
Chasseur and Evocatrice survived the battle, and they faced off against Fidens and Fiore, as they immediately took out Fiore after it took out their Bellum. It was a two against two battle, with the battle turning in Ratchet's favor as their blood seems to be bottomless because they are on their turf.
It all changed when Key finally used Chasseur's ultimate skill that drained their blood. Key's in-game teammates also appeared in their opponent's base just as Ratchet's in-game teammates started resurrecting in their base.
Their teammates; Bellum, Coraje, and Luxy, dealt with the newly resurrected Vis, Blitz, and Sournoise.
Their support did a good job in acting as the support because the Luxy-user used Luxy's shield ability to increase their team's durability, especially Key's Chasseur and Evocatrice.
Key was about to deal the finishing blow on the Base Tower when Ratchet's Fidens attacked her using its second skill, one that could drain her current blood level empty, but just as the attack reached Key, her teammates had dealt the finishing blow on the tower, destroying it.
As if to tease the opponent for the outcome of the match, Key sent a private message to Ratchet through their official accounts.
Kashmiri: Ah, you should've focused on the pawns instead.
Kashmiri: Anyways, I win, that was a good game.
