Princess Eleanor was silent.
She could sense that something was wrong but she did not say it out loud. Her eyes stayed on Sir Kit as she took a deep breath.
"Sir Kit had said that we would be meeting at the Beaumont mansion," Princess Eleanor's eyes narrowed, "So what are you doing here now? What had made Sir kit come into my room so late?"
"You," Sir Kit's tone was low but there was confidence in his tone. "I was worried about Princess Eleanor. I heard the banquet was rough on you so just wanted to check if the Princess is fine."
Princess Eleanor smiled as she looked at the man standing in front of her. She had many things to say but she kept her mouth close as she nodded.
Princess Eleanor could feel a slight change in Sir Kit's behavior. She could not figure it out now but she could feel it. It felt like something was wrong with him. Something was making him nervous.
