"I can read your face," Kiana said, snapping Avilyn out of her thoughts. "You don't have to worry—because before he even dares touch you and that child, I will run away with you from this realm and will protect you."
"You..." Avilyn worriedly looked at her best friend. "Are willing to get away from Runeia Kingdom... just for me?"
"Of course!" Kiana held her hand again and smiled at her sincerely. "You are my family now, Avilyn. You are like my sister now. How could I not help you out of this?"
Avilyn cried. "But... I was with the king. You hated the king but still..."
"You didn't know," Kiana said, playfully rolling her eyes at her. "And even though I hate him so much and that I'm angry at you, that doesn't mean I'll be angry at you forever."
