"Oh... Sicilyyyyy~!"
Lilith then acted childish, now walking towards her to give her an embrace.
"I'm 22 years old! I really want to go! And besides... it's with Nadia and the others! We will stay at Ivar's place! Won't that already guarantee my safety?"
Sicily narrowed her eyes at Lilith. "But we were told that you should stay here."
"Sicily..." Lilith pouted. "Can't we talk about this with the king and his adviser, please?"
"Well--"
Before Sicily could even say something about that, Gregory knocked on the door, the vampire leaning on it as he announced something important.
"You two are needed in the king's lobby. Amon's angsty, if you guys are curious."

"You... what!?"
Nevin and Dharvey exclaimed at the same time, surprising the twins as they were confused as to why their parents acted that way.
"Uh... I invited Lilith to be with us," Nadia said, Aidan, furrowing his brows together as he asked a question.
"I don't understand. Is it bad for Lilith to join us?"
Nevin and Dharvey stood up from the bed, their father now scolding them with a slightly harsh tone.
"I know that you three are close, but you should have told us about this!"
"Alright, alright, I'm sorry!" Nadia apologized, looking wronged as she looked at their mother. "Mom... may I know why dad is acting this way? I don't get it. Lilith is our family, too, right?"
"Well, yes..." Dharvey answered, letting out a sigh as she now got her phone on their room's side table. "But there is a reason why Lilith stayed in our kingdom and is not allowed to go outside."
Nadia and Aidan looked at each other. As they watched their mother call whoever it is she was calling, Dharvey looked at them and asked a question.
"What did Lilith say?"
"Well..."
Nadia fiddled with her fingers, Aidan now narrowing his eyes at her. He knew that when his twin sister does this, she may have gone overboard.
"She kinda said no even though she's excited because she wanted to ask permission from Sicily, the king, and his adviser... but I kept pushing her to come with us."
"Ugh..." Aidan did a facepalm. "And you decided on it, too. You should have let me know as well."
Nadia arched a brow at her brother. "You think telling you would make a difference?"
Aidan rolled his eyes at her. "Comparing us two, I'm calmer and can think with conviction. If you told me what you're going to do, I would tell you if it's a good decision or a bad one."
Nadia raise her head up to taunt her twin brother. "And you think that you could have advised me better? Before knowing that Lilith is not advised to go with us, what could you have advised?"
"Tell mom and dad." Aidan crossed his arms in front of his chest. "We knew this much to tell them. It is indeed our separate family vacation from the others, after all."
"Your twin brother's right," Nevin chimed in, looking at his daughter with all seriousness. "You could have at least told us about it, too."
"Ugh! Alright! I'm sorry!" Nadia then sat on the chair behind her. "Let's not make a big deal out of this. We can cancel, anyway!"
"Ah... there goes..." Dharvey mumbled to herself, getting everyone's attention even though her voice was soft. "Sicily immediately hung up after I told her about the invitation and is now making her way to talk to Lilith."
"I'll be talking to Amon and the others, too."
Without greeting his wife and their children, Nevin walked out of his and his wife's room on his way to the king and the others. Now that the three are left behind, Dharvey crossed her arms in front of his chest to remind her children.
"I know you guys are adults, but you should know this much," she commented, letting out a sigh at the same time. "Still, when it comes to events like this, you should decide with your parents and let them know."
"I'm already sorry..." Nadia pouted, not understanding why this is such a big deal. "We still don't know why this is not good. Why should Lilith not come to the human world? Why is she being held back?"
"Oh, Nadia..."
Dharvey then sat on their bed. As Aidan sat beside his twin sister, their mother then spoke to further explain why it was not a good idea.
"Lilith is different from us, and we have yet to understand why is that and what she is. The reason why she is being kept here is for her protection."
"For her protection?" Aidan asked a question, furrowing his brows. "Why is there a need to protect Lilith? The two kingdoms have reconciled, didn't they?"
"Well, yes... but it's not about the kingdom, but the mystery around it." Dharvey crossed her leg over the other. "Lilith's background is unknown. The reason why she is here was that Amon, the Grim Reaper, saved her."
Nadia and Aidan looked at each other, then back at their mother.
"Why was she saved?"
Dharvey shook her head and shrugged her shoulders.
"I am in no position to speak. Amon specifically asked us not to let you children get involved. However, you being friends with Lilith helps her, you know."
"This is all getting confusing," Nadia commented, scratching the back of her head. "How are we supposed to know how to act? Like what to do and what not to do if we don't know much about Lilith?"
"Soon, you will all know," Dharvey replied, giving them a reassuring smile. "I know Lilith is a great friend. She is a good person and an important person to us, too. She is family."
She then stood up, approaching her children as she put her hand on each of her children's shoulders.
"That is why we should protect her in our own ways even though we don't know much about her. Soon enough, the answers we're looking for will be given. For now, let's see how this will plan out if she will come with us or not."
"And then we plan from there?" Aidan asked, Dharvey nodding to answer his question.
"Yes. And then we plan from there."
