The instructors watched with keen eyes, staying mute momentarily as they pondered on Nathan's request that had been shared so abruptly.
Under normal circumstances they would have sanctioned the young cadet for the manner in which he spoke to them. After all, they were his superiors and a certain level of respect had to accorded for the hierarchy to remain.
I mean, it wouldn't exactly look good for them for a cadet to be able to make such bold requests of them without even the slightest bit of courtesy applied.
