Just then, Reyes stepped up. "Leah… just like you, we are all worried about Nathan. But one thing is for sure, there is no way he is dead yet. Absolutely no way. You know him by now, don't you."
"But what if…" Leah tried to speak but was cut off by Reyes as he reached out and grabbed her shoulders.
"No buts… no what ifs. Nathan had always been the man with a plan. He wouldn't have left if he was clueless on what to do. He is a dependable guy that deserves to be Vice Herald of our Squadron. So it's time to get a hold of yourself. You know him better than anyone of us here, don't you."
Leah but down on her lower lip, attempting to calm her quaking nerves. "… I guess you are right. Nathan won't be taken down just like that. Thunder hasn't reported anything yet so that should mean he is still safe."
