Leah remained tense, hoping for some good news from Nathan's end. As time slowly passed, she could not help but get more worried about his situation.
Unable to calm down, she pulled up Nathan's status sheet once again. Immediately, her tense nerves calmed down. His status had changed from the unconscious.
"Oh, thank goodness." She sighed in relief. Attempting to patch a call through, Leah did not get a response. "He must be caught up with something."
Suddenly, Nathan's tachyon core dropped to zero. Leah was stunned. "Huh, why… what happened?"
It was then she noticed that Nathan's status was not at all optimal.
[Status: Infected, Close to death.]
"Ah… what's going to happen now?" As she was contemplating going down to the basement to help, she got a notification on her watch.
