Inside the Hall of Imagination…
"Welcome back, cadets. Glad to see you all here for another day of testing what you are made of. I hope you lot are excited." Captain Rodgers stood atop a podium, addressing Red Wing Thunder Squadron in a hall adjacent to the gaming room.
He paused for a moment as he glanced at all twenty members, each with a different expression, all with an air of positivity. They were looking forward to the trial today.
The captain smiled inwardly but maintained a serious expression. He was well aware of why they were so confident today. Elena had spent the last week performing minor team exercises to help with their teamwork.
She was warming up to her role and thankfully, taking the right steps in the right direction. Hopefully, her efforts would pay off.
