Shiro tried to lift the chains yet again, only to succeed this time.
A bit surprised, he tried to pull the chains only to have the gigantic door in front of him, open up.

He was utterly surprised and confused by what just happened.
Earlier, he thought that he wouldn't be able to lift the chain unless he had his original stats, which were 40+ in the strength category. He was saying this from his experience.
But now, something entirely opposite to that had happened.
