While tightening the grip of their blades, both Ary and Kashi flashed at the demon.
"Hmph."
The demon responded, then he made the fists of his palms and commented,
"Demon String thrower!"

Unexpectedly, some strings flashed at Ary and Kashi from above.
"Tsk!"
Ary defended himself with his blade as he clicked his tongue.
While Kashi, on the other hand, slashed through the strings and ran forward toward the demon.
Suddenly, the demon vanished from his spot.
"Huh?"
Kashi halted after seeing him vanish. However,
"Kashi, behind you!!"
Mai yelled, but before Kashi could even react,
"Uwakh?!"
Suddenly, he coughed up a bowl of blood as a brutal kick landed on his back.
"That demon..."
Mai got irritated as she took out her blade from her scabbard and glared at Erica, saying,
"Erica, take care of the others."
