Countless beheaded corpses of other Vampires could be seen laying around, around 20 in total. There were spheres of blood above the corpses which had their blood streaming into the a giant blood sphere resting in the sky above.
That giant bloods sphere had a single stream of blood flowing out of it, all into Xavier's mouth.
