[December 26, Year 312, 4th Epoch of the Gala Empire, Intergalactic Era, 12:00 AM]
"MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!", Skating through the air on some kind of roller skates, one can see someone with white smoke hair and turquoise eyes brimming with energy, his face full of excitement as he greeted those who attended the Christmas Party he set up for the occasion.
With the holiday spirit within him, he smiles warmly. He wore a blue Christmas hat and blue Santa vest that had turquoise patterns of snowflakes on them. His silver white long-sleeved shirt with grey tones on the edges is inside and tucked in dark blue trousers made of exquisite cotton from a monster he personally hunted. He also had two gloves, platinum white, and rouge pink.
He is Shinji Backpfeifengesicht who became very festive, holding a microphone to his mouth. He says, "I would like to thank you all who have been with me through half this school year already. A lot of things happened but it's best to relax and enjoy sometimes so I officially announce the start of the Midnight Christmas Party!"
The instant he said so a beautiful girl with white long hair flew up with white feathered wings and threw a ball-shaped machine up into the air. Her light brown holiday jacket with words on the front saying, "Happy Holidays", fluttered as it was totally open from the zipper. She had a red velvet ribbon tied in a bow around her pure white short-sleeved shirt's collar tucked out of a light blue short skirt that glittered like twilight under the night inside the festive atmosphere. On her feet were shiny glass high-heels.
She shows off her wings widely as the machine did its trick spewing confetti, sparkles, and firecrackers. Her golden eyes sweep the audience as her halo glows like a spotlight above her but she then sees an alice blue-haired girl with rosy brown skin overtake her using dark and leather wings.
The other girl has a smug smile accentuating her devilish and fair face. A bronze bell was tied on her cracked red horn while the other was bare and clean. She wore a black halter dress with a long white ribbon with golden stitches tied on its front. Her feet, wearing black cone shoes, swayed freely in the air, without a care. She waves her hands which were adorned with snow-white frilly cuffs, which make spells form. The spells made the firecrackers pop in the air where 2 girls seems to be competing for the spotlight. Golden eyes and candy-red isises, with black pupils in an x shape, stared at each other.
Those overlooking them, some were familiar faces to the readers while the others were those they haven't known yet.
In an instant, Shinji and another person switched places, with a youthful adult with brown grey hair and the same colored eyes appearing standing on nothing. He wore a red plush robe, a diamond cross hanging around his neck, a red sleeping mask with diamond outlines, and silver flip-flops. He yawns as his voice reverberates around the place, "The first event is a performance made by Narushi Nix and Sonemi Emo in the air.", he declared with a charismatic voice that was opposed to his lethargic but hunky disposition.
"Subsequent performances will be made and the three judges sitting on the pedestal on the side of the stage. The first judge, we have Hideo Hitsugi.", Hideo sat in the middle with what can be considered a formal Christmas suit. It was black gold, representing the Gold Coffin Academy's colors. He wore a tie that has Christmas tree patterns on it and black leather shoes with golden stitches.
"The second judge is Adalinda von Vermillion.", Adalinda sat at the left of Hideo with a red ball gown with blonde gold frills, a black opera gloves with blonde gold patterns, a red Christmas hat, and a pair of black stiletto shoes with blonde gold patterns. She gives a pretty smile and waves and covers her mouth with a vermillion fan, with the same blonde gold patterns, in her hands.
"The third and final judge is Gu Yue Gou", The judge who had long olive-black hair had a blank look due to his blind white irises but he smiles gently as he is used to it, He was in attire similar to Chinese robes, of cadmium yellow with green Christmas tree patterns.
Tenshi Jigoku, the emcee, explained a bit more about the rules. Around there were tables and seats with red, gold, black, and white which were the theme colors of their Christmas party.
On one table, there was Agatha Bushida, in a shamrock green tea-length dress, white opera gloves with green patterns, and a necklace of gold with an onyx gemstone in the middle. She also wore white knee boots that had tea-green flowers on them.
She talked with a young teenager with fair skin and a sunny smile, Rabu Instantu. He had gainsboro grey hair and light gray eyes and strangely daisy white skin, he wore a white winter sweatshirt with a picture of a cute snowman holding a red heart shape and green triangle patterns. He also wore a conspicuous black bracelet. He also wore black sweatpants and grey slip-on shoes which completed his plain but unique homey get-up.
At another table started a light drinking contest between Ambrosio Rosario, Lin von Shiraki, Quad Rupees, and Albert von Anderson. The loser had to wear a green hat for the rest of the day.
Ambrosio wore a grey Santa beard over his already masculine blond beard that had a touch of gold on it. He also wore a red hat and Santa clothes to complete the set, even going as far as wearing fancy Santa shoes personally manufactured by elves. He made a hearty laugh as he finished his second drink.
Lin wore a blue jacket with purple linings and underneath was a red T-shirt. He wore headphones by his neck and had white sneakers which have blue linings which were all made of the finest materials of course, and by Shinji. By this time it's already his 3rd drink and hasn't felt a single thing yet.
Quad wore just a red gilet over a simple long-sleeved white T-shirt. The shirt is tucked under his black cargo pants which had gold buttons inlaid. Below were black desert boots with golden laces. He was drinking at moderate speeds so by now he has finished the first drink.
Albert has a red Christmas cloak over his body, a black henley shirt, black jogging pants, and onyx jodhpur boots which were all made of the finest materials of course, and by Shinji. He surprisingly got halfway on the third drink but he's starting to get a bit tipsy.
Another table has Dongmei von Shiraki and Sirena Brise on opposite sides of the table.
Dongmei has an ice-blue long-sleeved empire dress with golden decorations on the edges of the skirt. She had white ballerina flats which had blue topaz adorned on them while her ears had turquoise earrings on them.
Sirena wore an oversized pink jacket over her fairy white short-sleeved wrap dress. She also wore a turquoise necklace on her neck and a pair of light pink kitten-heel shoes on her feet.
Shinji walks over after switching places with Tenshi. He smiles at them and says, "This really feels great. I think it's your first time celebrating Christmas, yes? Enjoy the events cause I prepared a lot of games. And also we can't forget the gift exchanges.", he hyped up the event for the two.
The two young ladies looked at each other and then Dongmei spoke up, "And there will be a dance event?"
Shinji sweats. Sirena pouts disappointedly to which Dongmei reacts with a satisfied smile. From Sirena's reaction, it seems that Dongmei was going first this time. Their relationship is still growing.
Suddenly Sirena remembers something and asks, "Shinji, the costume you made yesterday was stolen..."
It was a semi-formal onyx black shirt with gold colored buttons, an even darker Musou black suit with a black rose on it, and a vantablack cloak, with an added-on hood, that draped on one side which attached to a big ebony black leather strap that covers from the shoulders to the neck with gold laces tying the front. There were also charcoal black slacks, black belt with golden inlay, and jet black shoes with golden stitches.
Shinji smiles and waves his hands and says vaguely, "It's fine don't worry about it. It's in the right hands."
Another table had what looked like a chess board but it had 4 players! Drax Vasiliev, Kaitlynn Emerson, Basu Sekai, and Xiao Chen.
Drax wore a dark green jacket with a black V-neck shirt underneath. He wore grey tech pants and green sneakers that had black shoelaces. Kaitlynn wore a long-sleeved floral white dress with a red coat on top and a pair of white gumshoes with grey laces.
Basu wore a velvet red vest on top of a violet shirt with purple buttons tucked in a knee-length skirt which complemented her wisteria purple hair, diamond white pupils, and royal purple irises. She also has dark purple knee-length socks and black loafers on her feet and her signature white wing-shaped clips tying her ponytails.
Xiao wore a tattered red polo shirt with worn brown chinos and a pair of black flip-flops with white stripes. He still somehow had charm when the plain clothes are paired with his black hair in a ponytail and lackadaisical expression.
Kaitlynn and Xiao seem to be at an advantage but Drax was keeping up by learning and as for Basu, it seems that she is a surprising talent for chess.
On the other side of the tables was a long rectangular table with a lot of foods, drinks, desserts, and sweets laid around.
Audelia Whitney was happily munching on a cake while listening in on the conversations between Ruri Ryu, Yanshi Ongaku, and Extra.
Audelia wore a dark yellow shirt dress with gold buttons and green Christmas patterns. She wore black moccasin shoes and simple golden earrings. Extra had a green turtleneck shirt with a yellow star on the front, blue jeans, and brown shoes.
Ruri, who has blue shoulder-length hair, blue sharp eyes, and sharp silver horns, wore a blue bouffant dress with silver patterns on the edges. She also wore knee-length silver socks underneath a pair of black and shiny mary jane shoes.
Yanshi, who has short reddish-gray hair and telemagenta eyes, wore a light pink sweat jacket with a red collared shirt dress underneath. She also wore a telemagenta scrunchie on her arm and a pair of pink converse shoes with white laces.
Extra says, "Do you think you can top that?", before biting into a muffin. He referred to the aerial show that Narushi and Sonemi were performing, they used unique spells and their race's unique traits while performing a cooperative dance with music.
Yanshi says, "I think I can give something that can compete with theirs but I don't think I can confidently take the winning price. There are also other performers.", She then looks at Shinji knowing he'll do something again. She then takes a sip of the glass of soda in her hands.
Ruri sighs and says, "What can I do? I'm not exactly good at the stage...", She then uses a lazy tactic of directing a gust of the chocolate fountain to go into her mouth.
Yanshi was speechless while Audelia chokes on her cake. Extra chortles and says, "Why don't you perform with a chocolate fountain? I bet that'll earn you points."
Ruri blushes in embarrassment and shakes her head, "I'm afraid I'll splash the audience."
Yanshi encourages her, "Practice it in your free time and perform it when something like this happens again.", to which Ruri only gave a half nod in response, contemplating the idea.
Extra turns to look at the presents under the Christmas tree. It was 23 all in all.
"Don't you think there is one extra present under the tree?", He says skeptically about his analysis.
"There are indeed 22 of us...", Yanshi counts in her head. Ruri glances at the presents but didn't bother to count, she was too lazy to but her brain had already given the number 23.
Audelia tilts her head, swallows, and then speaks, "Huh, I wonder who gets the extra present..."
Suddenly everyone tilts their heads to the center as the lights close under Shinji's energy visor that popped out of a device hanging on his ear. A spotlight envelops the two performers as they end and bow.
What they didn't know, at least those who are unaware of the unknown didn't notice the number of presents went down back to 22.

A sneak peek of what I have in store. Came a bit late cause it took me about 2 whole days of searching and color matching to finish this. I followed my friend's suggestion and did a Christmas special, even though it's not Christmas anymore lmao.
