The Northwest packs meeting was supposed to be an outdoor event, but the weather had other plans.
The Alphas of the Northwest came inside in groups instead of us coming back outside. The first few to join us in had dried clothes on, but the unfortunate rest didn't.
"We have no other choice then, let's talk in the meeting room," Sophie's dad said.
Alexander led the Alphas out of the living room that was connected to the dining room, then we took the stairs up to reach what he called the meeting room. The lights were already on— I imagined that he had mind-linked someone to prepare it beforehand when we first heard the thunderstorm hit.
