Zooey POV:
I keep blinking my eyes thinking my fur would go back to its original color. Nothing is changing. I whimpered. I'm scared. What does this mean? Does this mean I'm not normal.? I snorted to myself. I'm a wolf for crying out loud of course I'm not normal. Was this what my wolf was trying to warn me about? Hmmm. Well on the bright side my wolf looks so beautiful. I never seen a white wolf before. I thought they were myths.
August watch me watch myself in the mirror. He calmly waited till I finish with my inner battle.
'I see your accepting the way you are'. He minds linked me.
'Yeah, She's so pretty. I don't believe this my wolf'. I mind linked back
'Y'all always beautiful in my eyes. Come on let's go Ben is starting to make immature noises in my head'. He replied.
We walked out as wolves towards the hot springs. My mind won't shut up. What if they think I'm a freak? That I don't belong. I accepted myself but will my pack accept me? Will anybody? I shake my head. From being a Luna to being an Abomination All in less than a month. I Snorted. Might be a new record of uselessness only I can possess.

To think I finally found a place where I belong only to get shunned out for being abnormal. It's to funny for words really.

Well At least it sounds like August accepted me. That's all that really counts right? Then again, he my mate he is supposed to accept me no matter what. Sigh. I hate my inner thoughts sometimes. Even my wolf agrees with my doubts. It's pretty depressing.
'LUNA!!!'
'What!!' I spoke.
I whipped my head up to the sound of yelling and stomped my front right paw in frustration. I didn't even realize my head was so low in the first place. When I looked up all the wolves was bowing their heads as in submitting their selves. I don't know why though.
'Why are they Bowing?' I asked August. He started to chuckle.
'Naturally Because you are The Luna of the pack of Royalty. In ancient times when there was a white Luna she held higher power then an alpha can ever possess. No one can think to Match her strength and Wisdom. So it's like you are that same wolf but reincarnated. They are bowing in respect of You Zooey. Word has spread that you are the Luna of The thunder moon pack. No one has seen you so up close before. They are all interested in the powers you might possess.' He said while he started to bow to me as well.
'No please don't bow to me. You may all raise your heads.'
Everyone listened and went back to relaxing in the springs. I let out a deep breath and walk towards Alize and Ben. Well walked in wolf form. All fours.
'Well, well well. You never cease to amaze me Zoe'. Ben said
Trust me that makes two of us.
The water felt so good in wolf form. I see why they come here a lot.
'So, a white Wolf huh?' Alize asked.
Yeah, it was weird shifting into a different colored wolf. I almost had a panic attack. I said back.
August leaned against me relaxing and if I was in human form I'm pretty sure they would see me blushing. I felt pretty content at that moment. It was a weird, nice day today.

Later on, that night~
When I got back to my room my mom was sitting on my bed. I haven't talked to her since the meeting. I've been avoiding her like the plague. It was bound to happen sooner or later I suppose.
" We need to talk. I know you been avoiding me, and I know I deserve it for lying but sweetheart-"
" You Did it to protect me because you thought I was too weak to handle the truth?" I finished.
" I wouldn't have used those exact words but that is the gist of it. " She replied.
" Papa would have told me if the situation was different. Papa always believed in me. Even when I didn't believe in myself. " I said.
" I know sweetie. Trust me I know. I knew his death took a lot from you. I don't like seeing you in pain or having the need to be scared...I thought I could protect you... I should have known you was a lot stronger than you look. Just like your father. " She said.
I just shook my head. I can't deal with this right now. If she thinks she can just patch things up with me so easily she is mistaken. I need time.
" I Talk to August the other day... Such a nice boy. I know he will take good care of you in the future to come..." She said with a sad look on her face.
The future to come? What does she mean? Why she is talking like that...
" Mother what are you talking about.? ... Unless you're talking about the ambush, we are expecting to happen from the witches... I know we aren't at 100% ready, but I know we won't get beaten. There's no need to worry mom. You look so ... " I Put my hand on top of hers.
" I'm not doubting your abilities. I see your whipping the recruits into shape and I'm so proud. You are so much like your father sometimes it's scary. I will help in every way I can. Just... Be careful, ok? " She said and stood up to leave.
I Gave her a tight hug taken her by surprise. She hugged me back. Smiled at me and left.
She is hiding something from me... Again. Although this time I'm not sure I can handle it myself...

The next day training went as usual. We are still trying to find the mole, but we have been having no luck. It's so frustrating. It really got my blood boiling knowing I'm being watched and betrayed by someone in my own pack. My thoughts got interrupted by Ben getting flipped on his back by August .... Again. I rolled my eyes. Boys.
" I win again Gamma " August said.
" You're just a Dirty Cheat! " Ben replied and got up from the floor. They kept bickering back and forth I just rolled my eyes at Alize, and we started to giggle.
" You would think my mate will learn his lesson " Alize said.
" You Think He will get tired of being beaten by the unbeatable " I replied.
" Hey, he will win one day!! Don't doubt him. " She was sticking up for him how cute.
" Yeah, Sure Whatever you say Alize. " I said smirking. I always loved how strong my mate was. I mean he is the future alpha after all. He has to be the best.
" Babe Did You See that? " August said smiling like he just won the best present ever. It was just so adorable how excited he was I had to smile back.

" So, there's two people you can't beat in the pack Gamma. You're really slacking " August said grinning and pulling me close. My back was facing him, and he wrapped his arms around me. I was blushing a little.
" Yeah well, I want to see you try to beat your mate. I bet you will lose. I bet 500$ on it " Ben said with confidence. Wow he was really confident about me winning. He going to be disappointed then. There's no way I can beat him. He started to chuckle in my ear sending delicious tingles throughout my whole body.
" You think she can beat me? " August said between laugh " That's hilarious. Might be the funniest thing you said all day. I'm not going to fight my mate. I don't want to hurt her. " He Said while biting my ear lobe. He was trying to distract me from the conversation they were having. And good god it was working. I held back a moan. I tried to focus but it was way too hard.
" I put money on it to. Same amount. My BFF will wipe the floor with you. You shouldn't sound so confident Beta. You haven't seen her true powers yet. Not like I have. She doesn't like to lose. Just like you " Alize said.
I naturally was half paying attention because August was rubbing my thigh and licking my neck. His tongue feels so Nic-
" Zoe snap out of it. He is trying to trick you. He is saying he a better fighter then you!! " Ben said. Why he got to ruin the moment I was having. Uggghhhh
" He probably can. " I shrugged my shoulders hoping they would drop it.
" There's not probably babe. I can. " He mumbled in my ear. Pushing his pelvis area towards my rump. Oh, I felt something.... I shivered a little. He is driving me nuts. My wolf was shaking her head telling me we were being challenged. I didn't care. I just wanted him to keep touching me.
" I bet he will kick your ass all over the grounds. It might be quite funny to watch. Having you get thrown everywhere like a rag doll. " Isabel said with a smirk on her stupid face.
I Growled at her. She of all people!! My wolf was in fighting mode now. Great. Fan fucking tastic.
" Well, it's good to know someone around here has faith in me. " August said trying to snuggle with me but I moved away and narrowed my eyes at him. How dare he agree with her? Now I'm upset. Fine they want a fight. They got one. I closed my eyes and take a deep breath.
" You Made a big mistake Beta. Without even realizing it. Sometimes you can be really dense. " Alize said while I got in fighting stance. He shrugged his shoulders and got in his fighting stance.
" Get y'all money ready guys. Hey babe with my new money I get do you want to go out on a date?" August asked smiling.
Date? He wants to go on a date with me. Is this a trick? Would it be all that bad losing? I get a date out of it after all. It can't be that bad to lose. My wolf was trying to get my attention, but I was long gone in my own thoughts. I never been on a date before. Hmm where would we go? I don't mind something that involves food. I love food. Maybe a fancy steak house?
" ZOOEY DONT LET HIM WIN. HE IS DISTRACTING YOU AGAIN " Alize yelled. August just started to smirk like his plan was working.
So, he was tricking me after all. I was all excited to.... Stupid fucker.. He will pay. I opened my eyes ready to pounce on my target. He made a move to grab my arm, but I reversed his move, and he ended up in a head lock.
" I Don't Like When My Emotions Get played with. You have been warned babe. " I said sarcastically and pushed him away from me and resumed my stance.
He took his shirt off and resumed his stance. Did he always have such a god like body.?? If I can lick him just one time, I think I would be set for life. I shook my head trying to get out of my perverted thoughts. Meanwhile August wasn't in front of me no more. I looked side to side and couldn't find him. Oh crap. Damn he distracted me again. I can't panic I have to focus. Deep breaths Zoe deep breaths.
I started to run forward. Then make zig zag running lines. Everyone was confused on what I was doing but if I stand still, I'm an easier target. This way I can find him quicker because he will think I'm making a mistake and that will be his mistake. I ran faster.... And tripped. On a freaking rock. Fell face first. ...Dammit!!! He knows the grounds better than me. No wonder why people don't do running exercises around here. These grounds are impossible to run on. To many big rocks. Shit. It's over now I lost.
" Would you like to admit your defeat now Zoezoe? Or you want to be beaten fair and square?" He said hovering over me with that stupid grin on his handsome face.
" All I want is a hug and I'll admit defeat. " I said with a pouty face.
" Zooey no don't give in to his deceitful ways " Ben pleaded. Alize was shaking her head.
August leaned in to give me a hug, but I wrapped my arms around his neck and stole a kiss catching him off guard. He surrendered into the kiss just like I wanted. He left himself wide open. I was still laying on the ground. I put my legs again his lower stomach and flipped him to the other side of me. I Quickly got up and place my foot to his throat so he can't get up.
" I Believe That's Checkmate Love " I said with a grin
